Teaching children the value of saving money is important to all parents.  The Cotton Belt Riders Club is a savings account with no service charges for children from birth through age 12.  At various account balance levels, young savers receive premiums based on train themes such as engineer’s caps, engineer bears, train clocks and jackets.
